Founded in 2022, Off-Road Rescue designs vehicles that enable first responders’ access across austere terrain and place them at the Point of Injury. Multiple medical studies have shown that the sooner a trauma patient receives medical care, their chances of survival increase. Our goal is to design, build, and deliver vehicles that enable first responders to arrive on the scene faster and safer than traditional methods.
Based in Columbus, Georgia, we have over 30 years of military experience. We also bring a network of the best first responders, designers, and builders with decades of experience in their fields. Our customers deserve the best, so we bring the best. The situations that first responders find themselves in, we have been there. We understand the terrain that first responders must cross because we have crossed that terrain too.
With expert knowledge, we design and build a custom platform capable of crossing any environment. Our platforms can from debris-laden roads to ice-covered streets, to rocky mountain trails, to the hollers of Appalachia. Our vehicles put first responders at the Point of Injury.

Step 1: Initial Contact
Once a department or agency reaches out to us, a sales representative will set up a time to discuss the needs of the department.

Step 2: Initial Concept
We work with our exclusive partners to design a vehicle based on previous discussions with the client to generate a rendering of the vehicle. This rendering will help the client and builders visualize the final product. This process takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on the client’s needs.
Step 3: Final Concept & Build
Once the customer approves the vehicle design and specifications, we coordinate with our partners and vendors to begin the building process. This is the most time-intensive step. With each build being custom and unique, the length of time is dependent on the needs of the customer.
Step 4: Testing
Immediately upon completion of the build, the vehicle is inspected to ensure the client's specifications are met. Each unique build will go through a series of tests, including electrical, drivetrain, handling, climate control*, and leak testing*. *not included in all platforms.

Step 5: Delivery
After testing is completed, we deliver the product to the client, ready to use.
Step 6: Follow-ups
Our team of professionals will follow up 30, 90, and 365 days after delivery to ensure the vehicle delivered is living up to the client’s standards.
